Design and build an environment to enable relationship building with existing clients and networking at the executive board level in EMEA.

To help bring the brand fully alive, our creative director collaborated closely with USA and EMEA stakeholders. With events scheduled for London and Paris, we kept the environments consistent, so we could benefit from shared learnings. We had to activate our agility two weeks before the Paris event, however, when strike action near the original venue forced us to switch venues to the client’s office. This meant starting from scratch and making some compromises, but the outcome was still exceptional.

An intimate space that brought key Okta executives into the room and enabled more one-to-one conversations.
