Objectives:

Produce an engaging, empowering one-day conference to bring together the senior leadership team from across the business, in the wake of the COVID-19 pandemic.

Approach:

We worked closely with the client to create an agenda that encouraged attendees to reconnect with one another. We also built on that by ensuring the programme prompted them to think differently and supported them in becoming better leaders.

Outcome:

The highly interactive nature of the day ensured everyone got involved, had fun, and had the opportunity to reconnect. The content also proved to be informative and inspiring for all attendees.
